I've noticed every morning when I wake up I will think that my blood sugar is low, so I will check my sensor. But my sugars are always around 100-120 in the morning! So I will test my blood sugar using my meter and it will also have a reading of 100-120. I'm honestly getting sick of dealing with this. Feeling like your blood sugar is low is one of the worst feelings, along with having blood sugar. I was thinking I should ask my doctor. Thoughts anyone?

It happens to me sometimes when my blood sugar comes down from being really high. Maybe up your basal/bolus if you have a pump or switch your lantus if you're doing shots.

I would definitely recommend speaking with your doctor. Your BS range is not bad, but don't get discouraged. If what you're doing is not making an impact, then your doctor may have to change your meds or the dosage.

Howdy Maya

When I first saw your title I thought I knew what was going on because my late wife "Jem" had false lows quite frequently when she had been high for some time and then got her Blood Glucose (BG) numbers down more toward normal. However this is different than my experience with Jem so I believe you'd better consult your endo about this.

Praying God's best for you and yours
