Fun diabetic TEEN

Are you a new diabtic, or an young diabetic?
Well if so, dont leat sticky situations like food or low blood sugar get you down. here are some things i do to feel like a "NORMAL" person.
1. Bring water
Having water is essential in everyones life. And it helps you with feeling that belly
2. Dance for lightly with your friends and wear comfortable sneakers to protect those diabetic toes.

This can be for us older adults too. Heh..I know now that water, candy, gum & granola bars aka snacks etc are my best friends now. I've always loved dancing so I'm good in that department too :)
