i have the gastric sleeve done on 10/28/2013 starting to try to better my life
my goal is to lose weight and get my diabetic stuff under control my sugar was running in the high 200 to the middle of the 300 before the operation now they are in the high 100 to the high 90 so that has helped with the sugars still have lot of work to do
i do physical therapy 3 times a week .. So i think i have a good start !

I've worked with several people who had various gastric bypass surgeries, and they all tell me that the most important thing they learned is that the surgery is a tool, not a cure. The surgery combined with changes in eating habits and physical activity level is often a good way to improve your overall health, and it sounds like you're making a wonderful start! ~Lynn @Glucerna

I have been contemplating having the lap ban procedure done myself. I will be attending the seminar for it next Monday. Very nervous about it. Any info you can provide will be most appreciated!

i just went for the sleeve cause i wouldn't have to go back every month
the most thing is to just follow everything by what they say ..where are you going at ?
