What recipes would be welcome here? I mean, is there a certain carb amount to stay below on?
For example, I make a gluten free "lava cake" but each serving (4) has 28.8 carbs, 5.61 fibers, and 9.52 protein. Would that be too many carbs for you? Just trying to get a feel for what I should post and what I should just keep for me.
