I was diagnose at 165my diabetes

doctor wanted me to take pills I said no I do a lot of cardio daily and walk 1 or 2 miles daily I changed my diet eat more veggies I live veggies and bake chicken my problem was drinking orange juice twice daily I don't drink sodas now my readings are 89-117
what do you think ?

Sounds like you are doing great. Good job for you to stand up to your doctor. It's healthy to do that sometimes.

THANKS GABBY I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT .IF MY LEVEL WAS EXTREMELY HIGH I WOULD CONSIDER MEDS BUT THRU DIET AND EXERCISE YOU CAN TURN ANYTHING AROUND …

Sounds pretty good to me but why wouldn't u take medications that are meant to help?

my level is slightly above borderline I can which I know I can do this that's the problem with mist doctors they want to PUMP you with meds I BELIEVE in natural healing

i am Canadian and very poor with math so i don't understand your numbers but good for you! for going off sodas and orange juice. concentrated any kind of juice is very bad for us and fresh oj is very high in sugar. pop even diet is poison for us laden with so much sugar and chemicals. i drink cut up lemon in spring water all day and this is a natural detox so very good. best of luck to you as you move forward. keep it up and pretty soon you won't even need meds any more. you will be able to control just with diet and exercise. that is my goal.
