Very tough to stay in control. I have two jobs. Busy all the time and out of control of this gift i got. It's a constant battle. This site seems like it can help by talking to others i hope. Merry Xmas to all.

Sometimes things just go bonkers! No matter how hard you try…just try to stay focused and stay on track. It isn't easy, but it'll all work out. Just do the best you can every day. Merry Merry!!

Thank you everyone. Diagnosed 13 years ago.
Doctors contradict themselves. Very frustrating.
Hang in there crazy lady. Happy holidays to all

I have been diagnose now for almost three years. I had it pretty stabled but lost control again this year. Between one health issue after another, the death of my father, helping my mom, stress from other things, plus steroids for a couple times, it took a toll and my numbers were nearing back to the point of where I was when I was first dx. So, it is revamp time for me to really pay so much more attention to my numbers, what I am feeling, food, etc. I will have to try and pre-plan a few things. It is HARD!

How long ago were you diagnosed? It does take some time to get things going in the right direction. And it often doesn't take much to give you a hic-up in the process. The trick is to keep doing what you know is right and works, even on days when it seems it doesn't.

Hang in there, we've all been there. Take control back however you can, however small it might seem. Best of luck and Happy Holidays
