Also, might I ask, what foods do you find that helps you have more energy working out? I finally started working out again yesterday (doing my XBOX kinect..haha GOT JUST DANCE 2014 & YOUR FITNESS EVOLVED 2012. so much fun but hard!) but today I just dont have the motivation to work out at all today. Yesterday i noticed my blood sugar dropped fast from exercising so i figured maybe i can eat something before i work out and then also test after.
