Hi DC community. I have been a registered dietitian for 17 years and consult for a start up company called My Diabetes Home (www.mydiabeteshome.com). One of my roles is to find some people with Diabetes who are willing to try for free this software and then email me about how it has changed their life. I am going to write a story in a large publication about the most interested patient with diabetes in the world. It will be published for all the diabetes community to read.

Please help me find the most interesting people with diabetes and tell me your story.

I was diagnosed with diabetes because I donated part of my pancreas and kidney. I've had to learn basically how to eat again as I could no longer eat the way I used to. Spend about the last six months that I finally learned how to control my blood sugars to a decent range.
