I am wondering what suggestions do you have on what to eat prior to exercising. This morning I tested my BG two hours after eating breakfast & just before my Barre Class and it was 115. I ate a fiber one coffee cake bar. I checked my BG after the 60 minute class and my BG was 85.
I am still learning and trying to fine tune what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat to keep my number level.
