Great for you! Funny story – I have a female T1 acquaintance who’s a civil engineer. Our group decided to go out to lunch during some field work and she needed to “pop a bolus” as she says. She prefers the thigh for hers and wears overalls for easy “access”, so she ducked into a 5 foot culvert pipe while I stood guard (I’m the only one of our group who knows she’s T1, and she ain't shy). Got some suspicious looks as we walked away from that culvert with her straightening out her clothes.

My blood sugar he broke up with me because he didn't want to catch diabetes. Since then I never try to date. So I'm happy now

Well 21Rose, that guy that left was only 1 of millions! So many fish in the sea!!! Your probably to young to remember Martha and the Vandellas, she sang a hit way back when, that said, and I quote, " I don't want nobody that don't want me, Too Many Fish In The Sea".

Hi Rose, that's great, good luck. Remember that others around us sometimes have a hard time with someone maybe having to take insulin because they may not understand. I don't feel bad with my injections, although I inject in a subtle manner, I don't leave the room, or go to the bathroom! Let us know how it goes!!!!!
