Do you make resolutions at New Year's and are you able to keep them? If not, how long do you keep them before they are broken?

My only resolution is not made on New Years it is for the whole year. To keep in control of my blood sugar, exercise more, and loose some more weight. If I keep at it, it stays all year long.

This is something everyone should do, no matter what, not just as a New Year's Resolution. Thanks for your comments.

I make the same one every year and that is to be happier next year than I am this year. I am 56 years old and I am a very happy person.

I also make the lose weight resolution and of course I have never broken that one…ut oh, my nose is growing.

Watch that nose!!! If it grows too long, it will reach the door first and then you won't be able to open it cause your hand won't reach the knob!!! LOL Sorry, just couldn't resist!!!

New Years resolutions are a bunch of bologna. If you need to change something in your life and you are strong enough to make those changes you are not going to wait until the new year. Most people that fail to keep their resolutions are because if they are willing to wait until the new year then it is that easy to break the resolution.
