I was diagnosed type 2 diabetic 2 weeks ago. Have been really busy doing research & trying to change my diet and eating habits. My main 2 questions for all of you are in regard to fruits/ the difference in the sugar in them. ?? Which ones are good to eat & which should I stay away from ? Also what about salt and diabetes?? These are things I haven't asked my doctor about yet, and I'm still trying to find a local dietician to consult with.
