If you only use splenda and you frequent a resturant that does not have it, why not bring your own with you? Put some Splenda packets in a zip lock baggie to carry in your car. When you go into a resturant you can carry it with you. I keep Equal in my purse and non dairy creamer in the car. I have never had the wait staff complain because my creamer is on the table. All you have to do is remember to relenish your stash. I am never without what I need. You can always use Equal or Stevia if there is no Splenda.

After your meal, ask to speak to the manager and explain that there are diabetics or people who come to their establishment who cannot use regular sugar and suggest they add Splenda on the table with the regular packets of sugar. I had a manager tell me he couldn't put Equal on his tables. I pulled out my phone went on Facebook and typed the name of the resturant and said the manager said he can't put Equal on his tables. If you can't have sugar or use sugar for any reason, please don't eat at this resturant. Please share this post with all your friends and showed him my phone. Not only did he beg me not to post it, he gave me a coupon for two free dinners and promised when I came back he would have it. I went back and Equal was on the tables. He didn't know when I was returning.
