Many people do not realize that insulin allergies do exist. The Joslin Diabetes Center has released an excellent article on insulin allergies. Here is the link.

Carbs are usually listed on the package of food you buy. There are a lot of foods that have no carbs, such as meat, some vegetables have a few carbs, I was surprised too see butter had no carbs, but you still have to watch how much you use. If you eat bread make sure you look at the package to see how many for one slice. all the foods you eat you have to add up each carb for each food. I Don't eat bread with my meals drives my sugar too high, I can have for myself 30-35 carbs per meal. A man gets too have more carbs per meal, I think it is 40-45, not positive. I hope this makes some sense. If you have any one thing in particular send me a note and I will try to help.

Yet again the proof that our bodies are quite incredible when they work right. This is a little scary, specially reading the effects it can have on some people.
