When you're too tired to exercise because your sugars are high. And every time you exercise, you get an injury, so you lose the momentum.

You want to lose weight, but only can get 3 strips a day from insurance, snd its hard to tell when you are too low.

I try to lose weight. Gained 10 lbs this summer on vacation, trying to get rid of it. Only way I can usually do it is to go extreme low carb…haven't succeeded in keeping it up yet.

When on Monday mornings I don't just want a regular coffee but a pumpkin spiced latte to begin the week with some umph. Never get it though.
When your blood sugar drops and in a way you don't want to have juice to spike it back up because you want it to stay low but know you can't ignore the low.
When Halloween comes around!

But you can have what you want in moderation. Per say, if you want a piece of cake, get a small slice and ask someone to split it with you. Just a suggestion to get the craving to disappear.

I have had type 1 diabeties 57 yrs…there is alot you can do while dealing with it…the only things i dislike is you have to always be aware of it what you eat,how much you eat and living alone and worrying about having an insulin reaction while sleeping…other then that there isn't too much i have not done…even went on aa eighteen wheeler for two weeks with out any problems…so live it up and enjoy your life anything can be worked out

When I want something sweet, or simply a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Bread is the enemy, right? But I do have 1 PC of toast in the morning. It's also difficult when veggies are beginning to taste like cardboard.

Hi Grandmama16, I eat wheat, whole wheat bread, peanut butter and Smuckers Sugar Free Preserves sandwiches and my Blood Glucose levels are within the normal range. It's the white bread that we have to stay away from. Also when I'm craving something sweet I have a couple of Nestle's Chocolate Parfait Nips 2 pieces have 30 calories, 2 grams of fat, 35mg of Sodium, 11g of Carbs, 8g of Sugar and they satisfy my cravings but I also watch my carb intake of course. If you need someone for advise I'm here.
