I agree with Joyce! When school starts back up, it brings a new set of stresses to our lives. And then there's the dreaded, "School Food!" It's hard to eat at some school cafeteria's because they are so carb enriched! But the added stresses often cause us to reach for an extra snack, etc. May want to check with the school dietician like Joyce said…and prepare your own healthy foods to take if the school can't accommodate your diet needs. Gotta talk to your Dr. They may want to change your med's, etc. like Joyce advised. I pray that your days get better…and soon!

Call your doctor. He or she would be the best one to tell you what you are doing or not doing and can check your meds. Talk to a dietician and see if you can come up with something to help you get your glucose levels under control with healthy meals and snacks you can have during the school day. Sometimes when we are busy with jobs and school, you can forget to eat the right things and this can cause an increase in blood sugar. good luck to you.
