Are there anybody on this site who hail from India or know an Indian Diet for Type 1. Please help me and I would prefer South Indian and mostly Tamil and Andhra diet as I am a Tamilian but live in Andhra. Certain things like fruits, how many carbs per meal, all these are bothering me. I am unable to measure the carbs at my home as cooking will not be done separately for me but conditions like no sugar and less intake of salts are applied . In this situation what should I do?
