I've heard and read tons of articles on the Paleo diet, a lot of positive that comes from following this type of eating plan and think I am headed in that direction. Any feed back would be appriciated!

Your question is quite broad, but I believe you know what Paleo diet is about and how it works… So maybe a bit of experience…:)
I have never kept any diet, but when I so one of my friend how Paleo changed his body and lifestyle in positive way, than I decided to give it a try. I did not need to loose much fat, just to shape my body a bit, eat healthier and also to improve sleeping. Those three things were my motivation.
I like the Paleo mainly because you have a list of foods you can eat and than you just combine it to get some tasty meals. And what is the best is you can eat how much you can and you will not gain weight And if you see you don't loosing weight, you simply adjust how much nuts and fruits you eat.

For me the beginning was tough, so what I did was that I decided to give it a try for 30 days and I ate Paleo six days a week and the seventh I ate what I was missing from "before Paleo" times.:) It may sound crazy, but it was easier to start with Paleo this way and I could see some results. Than I decided to switch to Paleo completely.
Hope this helps.

There is a lot to be said for it. Nick has had good success following something similar. I am getting ready to embark on something along these lines as well.
