The past two days, I have not been boulsing. I still have my basal going but no bolusing. Well today I am and I feel dizzy and sick…could not bolusing cause this? or is it most likely something else?

If you are eating and not bolusing, you are asking for trouble. If you are not testing your BG, you are asking for trouble. In all liklihood, your BG's were higher which may be why you felt lousy. Without more information about what your BG levels were, it's nearly impossible to answer your question. I sincerely hope you decide to get serious and take better care of yourself…no one else can make that decision for you.

I just havent been. I dont test as often as I should nor do I carb count. I am struggling with caring about my diabetes.

It could be that or any number of things. Do you test and adjust your bolus? If you were running high for a few days with no bolus, your body will feel 'weird' for a few days after you bolus and get better control while it gets used to BG levels back at normal.
