I am all about flu shots. Last year after I was diagnosed I got one for the first time. Not even so much as a sniffle all winter. I think between my healthier eating and the flu shot it was great!

I work in a school, I think maybe by the time I get the flu shot I've already been exposed so I'm always wondering what if I didn't get the flu shot how much worse would it be? All this stuff muddles the head huh?

Interesting question and I'm sure you'll receive mixed responses. I've always had great luck with the flu shot. I took one again about five days ago. Each year I see people suffer with the flu (and I used to be one of them). I know of people who still get the flu after a shot and possible reactions and the like. But I've taken a calculated risk for years and it's worked out for me.

Good luck. Let me know what you decide.
