I have two insulins i take Humalog and Lantus. i use the pens for both of them. the last two Lantus pens however have been weird! I used them for one might the next night i went to use it and it wouldn't "click" right and wouldn't let me "push" my insulin in. Is anyone else having this problem ? or is it just my bad luck lol!

I also use Humalog and Lantus. Occasionally, I had what appears to be a similar if not the same problem. I found that by simply putting the needle on to the pen just until it is snug solved the problem for me. I use to put the needle on to tightly, and apparently this can make it difficult for the insulin to release. Since I started to put the needle on to the pen just to where it becomes snug, I have never had a problem again.
On the other hand, if it is a defective pen, some insurance companies as well as suppliers will replace them at no charge. My insurance company did replace pens in which the insulin appeared cloudy.

Nope. I do it the old fashion way. Inject air into the bottle, insert needle, take out the amount I need and stab myself merciless twice a day!
