I've been living a very "strict" lifestyle for the past 30 days and I don't see much weight loss. I've even started to walk most nights. I'm so frustrated. I wish I could snap my fingers and be healthy!!! I'm so impatient… I'm proud to be ten lbs down…

Congratulations! 10 pounds down is way better than 1 pound up. You are maybe expecting too much too fast? Do what you can do for a permanent lifestyle change. It may take longer, but you will tend to stick with it for the long run and that will help keep that 10 pounds off. Way to go!

Congrats! Yes Nick is right. When I first started to try to lose weight last Fall, I think my expectations…and my hopes…were so high that I started to feel like I'd never reach my goal. But you do. You just don't give up. It was the first time in my life that I actually really tried to take the time to get healthy and lose weight. So I was just kind if winging it and I didn't really know what to expect. But once I started to lose and I kept with it the pounds started to fall off. 55lbs lost now. You can do it :)

Patience. 10 pounds down in 30 days is great. They say target is about 1lb./week. It'll happen sooner than you think, don't worry.
