Hey all you type one diabetics, I have a question I have recently changed my diet and stated eating right my sugars have been great but I still get low in the middle of the night. What is the best snack to eat without insulin that will keep it up without spiking it to high before breakfast?

I use the extends snacks for night time usually. I just bought some hummus, Yum! I had some with lunch today.
