Website technical problems-- and there is no way to let Diabetic Connect Know about it!

For whatever reason, there is no "contact us" button on this website, and that's pretty annoying. I just received an email asking me to take a survey sponsored by Tufts University, but the link to the survey does not work. So, Diabetic Connect, if you are not getting responses, despite offering a chance at a giftcard, this could be why.
Give us a way to report problems with the site and your email messages.

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. As has been noted, you can always use the "Feedback" link at the bottom of any page on Diabetic Connect to send a message to those of us who help manage the site.

Also, you can reach out to myself, Gabby, Rachel, and Jeanette who are advocates for this site. (You can always click the "About Diabetic Connect" link also in the gray footer of every page of the site for a listing of the Community Advocates. http://www.diabeticconnect.com/about) We're all here to help you get answers to your questions.

Now specifically about the survey, we've tested the link in the email and it should be working. Are you receiving an error message when you click the link? If so, can you let me know what it's saying? That would be a great help to me in trying to figure out the issue.

While Rachel is out for holiday I am covering for her. We seem to have some sort of bug that we are working with are technical team to resolve the issue. The feedback button works great, but you can also inbox Rachel Chavez she is the community manager her and will help you.

The feed back link should work. I have used it and usually get a response pretty quickly. I will let them know what is going on. There have been some bugs of late and I am sure they are trying to sort it all out.

OK, I used the Feedback link in the gray area at the bottom of my screen several days ago, maybe a week, and have had no reply and the problem still exists. I used to receive an email in my Yahoo email account when certain events occurred here on DC, like when I received something new in my DC "inbox." I no longer receive these and miss them. I found them valuable. (My email address is in my profile and haven't changed anything.)

I'll try the Feedback link again right now.
