ok I am still trying to figure this out and so far on my own as I have not yet gone to any classes or met with a dietician. Yesterday I had a really bad day! I mean really bad and yet when I took my fasting bg this AM it was the best this week? What? I can't figure out what is going on. Today I am back on track but I do notice that if I slip up or over indulge not so much on sweets as I am doing pretty good with restricting them more like a double portion or eating late, not having veggies with my meals that I am getting lower readings in the AM.
