I can understand why you are frustrated. But it sounds like you are working closely with your doctor and teaming up to find a solution. I am wishing you the best on the road ahead. It's great to be in touch with you. Thanks a lot for the update. Please keep them coming.

Don't let that disappointment lead to apathy though. Keep on doing the right things. Your body may not be as cooperative as you want, but as long as you do what is right, you are increasing your chances for a good outcome. It does take patience. Not a "wait in line" patience, but a much bigger kind. Long term goals. Perhaps your next test will show improvement.

thanks, i had been so positive and changed and i thought i was doing great, cos i felt great, but the doctor (who wasa stand in for my normal doctor) acted like i wasnt caring enough and i wasnt trying enough, when ive busted my butt the past 6 months, dropped 26 kilos (57 poounds) and well i guess i just felt disapointed, i will keep trucking

Don't let doctors make you feel bad. Mine makes me crazy because all he cares about is me loosing weight. I know I need to keep doing that, but I have lost 80 pounds. Sheesh...they have no heart or compassion sometimes. So just keep on doing what you know works for you.

I go see my usual doctor in a month. I am sure he will be more supportive that the stand in one.
80 pounds is fanatastic, you should be proud!!

Have patience is all I can say. It took a while for you to get into the condition you’re in; it’ll take a while to get out. This is a marathon, not a sprint. If you keep taking those small steps day after day, you will see results.

wow thats fantastic!! I dont mind the new eating regime, its just the morning readings snack or no snack are high. I got my bg down to 7 lastnight, when i woke up 10.5, so either im sleepwalking to the fridge in my sleep or my liver is dumping,
just wish it would stop that
Good luck at next doc appt
