What is the best eating habit 2 control Type 2 diabetes
Hi
This is sassymam and I need help getting my numbers lower some days are good and other days bad. I'm not on insulin but I need 2 lose the weight I think if I could lose at least 30-50 lbs My numbers would drop dramtically. Is it watching Carbs or counting calories. I have started walking a little each day and that little bit of exercise has helped some what. I do have a bad back so I have 2 watch how much exercise I do without over doing

It's is carbs! I'm currently taking a diabetes education class. The advice given there is to eat 3, 40 to 60 carb Meals per day and 2,25 carb snacks a day.
Avoid processed foods as much as you can. :-)
