So excited 13 days ago i started a new diet NO RED MEAT i thought i was gonna give up but i havent and this has been the longest ive sticked to it :) first wk i lost 2 lbs. i got back on the scale and now ive had lost 4 lbs in 5 days total of 6lbs i am super excited and my levels are staying below 110 i know if i keep up the good work i will keep getting great results.. Dont give up on things that make you happy and healthy.. And also happy that now i have my familys support and are happy for me

Hoo rahh for you! I read somewhere that the body knows what weight it should be and if you eat right it will get there. I bet you did not become diabetic over night so don't expect to drop a lot of weight over. You have seen me when I weighed 250 pounds. I now weigh about 180. It seems you are on the right track and the best of everything to you.

Dippy i stopped eating red meat and also alot of stuff like fried foods junk food.. And walk about an hour in the mornings and if u drink about 8-10 cups of water also helps u alot i drink a 1cup of water 15 mins before my meals and helps alot i have a smaller portion bcuz i get full right away. And u wont need seconds but also i now cook my food with cooking spray. At first will be hard and u will think its not working but its a slow process at first just dont give up and dont get on scale to often because that can discourage u i get on about 10 day just to see difference good luck and if u have any questions more im here for u :)

Have the clean method? There is a book called "Clean" by Alejandro Junger, MD, I read in August. He talks about a 12 hour fast every day and I have found by doing that my weight is staying about the same and so is my blood glucose. My BG is in the high 80's to low 90's when I check without the aid of any medication…
