Hi all was looking into trying about this Paleo Diet to help me control my BSL- has anyone tried it?

I am personally eating Paleo now for few months and feel much better, sleeping better… Overall I see my life changed in better way. And because of I see some results, I put together a website about Paleo with some recipes also, so you can check it out if you are interested:

I just briefed myself on this diet. I had never heard of it. I think it's probably the best way to eat. Lets face it industrializing food has left us weak and diseased. I have already chosen to eat this way, for the most part, because of what I have learned about our food supply, that is except for grains, which lately I've been considering cutting out due to the arthritis I developed pretty much the same time I was diagnosed with diabetes.

I recently started a version of that diet that limited my food to fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs and nuts. I also have been having 10 glasses of water a day. My blood sugars have been very stable and I feel significantly healthier! I'm only doing it for a week to get back to the weight I want to be at but it's a pretty healthy lifestyle so I'm sure it'd be fine if you did it longer. It's a little harder for me to continue dosing for meals since they tend to be salads and the real carbs from this diet come from the fruit but it seems to be fine! My blood sugar stays very steady which surprised me because of the sugar from all of the fruits I'm eating but if that's your goal then this might work for you!
