So like every other girl I worry about my weight. I am not one to put myself in danger so I do not do the who diabulima, but I do want to loose 20-25 pounds. I am 5 foot 3inches and I weigh 159 pounds, so I can do this and not be underweight since I am 'technically' over weight. I wear size 11 pants, I'd like to be able to wear size 7. And I do believe it would help me control my diabetes. No matter what it is important to exercise but it's so boring and I have no one to do it with. Running is hard even though I know I should jog about everyday since I don't do much anyways…any help or ideas with this process?
