I have been pre-diabetic for years, since having gestational diabetes with my youngest child who is now 12. I also have a pretty difficult to control case of Hashimoto's hypothyroid.
This summer I have been experiencing pain in my feet and now that pain has turned to burning in my heels.
I went to the doctor about this yesterday and I am waiting to get my lab work back. But right now I am really freaking out. Regardless of the diagnosis I need to change my habits. I don't cook, really struggle with exercise and am constantly busy with kids.
I know this has to happen but where do you find the motivation? How do you exercise with pain in your feet? How do make shopping and cooking less onerous?
I am really scared about these symptoms - please give me a pep talk.
