You must believe in yourself!!! If you believe in yourself, you will always find a way!
What do you think about that?

The thing that helps me a lot is just keeping on, keeping on. The moment I get too frustrated or want to give up is when things go down in a very slippery slope. Clawing my way back out is harder than to just keep on doing the right things. Better choices equals a better life.

One of the lessons I am learning since my diagnosis is to trust my intuition and have confidence in my abilities without constantly second guessing myself. :-) I know there is a long road ahead, but I am determined to embrace the lessons that this challenge is teaching me. I know now, I am stronger than I ever realised.

Prayer along with following the advice of your diabetes management team (personal physician, nurse practitioner-diet/weight specialist, a great local pharmacist, etc.).
