All the time. When I'm low I'm easily set off and will often break down and cry. When my sugar is high I get cranky and easily annoyed. Both highs and lows make me very drowsy.

It's. hard to say what causes mood swings for me. Is it recently diagnosed diabetes, fibromyalgia & depression for many years, sleep apnea ? Yada yada yada. Or for me is it age, intense fatigue ( from which thing?) I do take Nuvigill 1/2 tab for energy some days and it makes a big difference in mood too.

Yesterday i was Godzilla on steroids, it was awful, i was crying for no reason and very hungry and usually i am not, so im guessing when changing lifestyle it does upset your hormones.

Yes with high and low blood sugar I can get grouchy, I try not to let my mood affect others though, if its low I grab a little snack, if its high but not to high I find working out helps my emotional state and with lowering my BS:)
