I just started a food journal on MyFitnessPal.com and a monthly weigh with the hospital dietician. In the first, well less than 3 weeks I lost 5.6 pounds. I am pleased but at first I was shocked what an impact just journaling all my food choices and following the Canada Food Guide had on my health and weight! anyone else have great results from something simple?~Jo
