I know most of you always search the net for new cures or new things about diabetes.I'm not disagreeing with that but the cure is in you own your houses.
It is about a week that I'm trying sit-ups.It has a great effect on blood sugar.
With just 30 of them my blood sugar becomes lower and normal.
If you can try more than me.

Yea i have to find a way to get exercise in my life. A complete 360 with food and exercise

Exercise is a kind of magic bullet for many diabetics. It's the one time our bodies don't require insulin to get the glucose out of our blood and into our cells where it belongs. The affects of it are also quite long lasting, which means the more frequently we exercise the longer the "no insulin required" process goes. That is why we are encouraged to get out there and move. It helps so much.

Are you type one or two though? I feel like that'd work great for type two but I exercise pretty often and it doesn't help me(I'm type 1).
