Does any one else suffer from continuous itching. does it have anything to do with having diabetes.

I recently found a lotion that really helps with the itching. It's Gold Bond for diabetic dry skin. Just got it yesterday and have used it twice and it really helps.

Apparently the itching comes with being a long term diabetic, though I suppose it could come a lot sooner in some people. Good control does not seem to help it at all. Lotions etc just help for a few minutes and then the itching returns.

It might be diabetes related, but it could also be caused by many different things…change in laundry products, soap, shampoo, new foods, etc. Try a topical anti-itch cream, and if that doesn't help, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Oh, and drink lots of water. Keep me posted on how you make out! :)
