Eating than low blood sugar

Today I've been getting lows after i eat. I get my blood sugar up than i take my insulin 20 mins later. And not even as soon as my pump is done giveing it to me it drops fast. What causes this?

It's usually a matter of having a balanced meal (percentage or ratio of carbs to protein and fat) relative to your activity level ,and the correct amount of insulin. A good talk with a registered dietician and or guidance from your doctor should help eliminate or at least cut down on the problem. Not a good idea to allow low blood glucose to happen to frequently.

I think its gott to do with the activity level when your active your body burns the sugar in your muscles. it was after i got done working. I didnt eat any all day i ate than started working. Idk. But if it was the ratio yes it would be everyday.

Yes it does. I dont know what would cause it either. But my theory is we're i havnt eating all day it caught up with me but what I don't understand is i eat and it drops after i eat. It's kinda confusing.
