I started a fat flush today and i did not like the result…VERY high bg was 126 at 830 am and at 833pm it was 267
here is the recipe
FAT FLUSH WATER !!! You should drink at least three 8 oz glasses per day, they say the longer it sits, the better it tastes. You can eat them as well but they are intended as flavoring and still work, so that is a personal choice. The Vitamin C turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber makes you feel full. Try it for 10 days and see what you think!…

Ingredients per pitcher

1 grapefruit sliced
1 tangerine
½ cucumber, sliced
2 peppermint leaves
Ice – as much as you like

Pharmacist Georgew probably has a better answer, but I'm pretty sure that "fuel" that is being converted from fat is mostly in the form of sugar.
This isn't bad if you're going to do a fairly intense workout and actually "flush" it from your system quickly, but not the best thing for a diabetic.
Jess is pretty much correct this is too much at one time. I know anytime I used vitamin C supplements my sugars went up.

Grapefruit and tangerine still has alot of sugar in it, fat flush or not. Maybe do 1/3 of grape fruit and half of tangerine depending on the size but those two fruits is like eating a pack of starburst
