I recently read an article that said Green Coffee Beans could help reduce Blood Sugar. I am having a little trouble keeping my BG around the normal ranges and would like to try this. Also, it is supposed to help with weight loss. Has anyone tried this and if so, did it work? I am doing as much research on this as I can, so any help/advise would be greatly appreciated.

I was using the Green Coffee Bean recommended by Dr Oz for a month and lost 5 pounds, that was before I knew I was a diabetic. Only stopped using them because I forgot to go buy them… I am going to try them again. After of one month on Metforman, I still cannot get my levels under an average of 150! Starting Diabetes Education classes today and hoping I can find out what I am doing wrong. Using My Fitness Pal app on my iPhone and iPad, which is very helpful.

Yes, i have heard of this. If it were safe (i would google are green coffee beans safe for diabetics) i might try it, too. I will watch this thread. It interests me because it is not big pharma or processed or GMO. I am working very hard on my plant-based diet and i am very careful about what i put in my mouth these days. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Anything that holds promise to reduce our BS is certainly worth considering.
