Good Morning Group, hope you all are doing well! I have already had my shot, my breaky and i have taken a wee walk. I am just getting started with a wellness program so i don't walk far, yet. I live in a Court and have this big circle outside my front door. I walk around the court until my legs start to hurt, then i sit down to rest. Today, i walked around the Court 4 times. It is working for me and i am so proud of myself for doing it. What is your exercise routine?
