Good luck, I have not found any. Maybe pop corn no butter no salt no flavor. It seems not eating works best. Protein bad for cholesterol and weight, carbs bad for sugars and weight. Water and broccoli I think is what it comes down to with no flavoring-sauces-etc. I'm cranky about all this today, so ignore me:)

Actually, truth be known, I eat most healthy foods in controlled quantities! They include fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry and fish. As they say, variety is the spice of life, just don't over do it. I have learned to cook and prepare my own meals just the way I like them (and my wife loves it!!!)
