Foods to eat

I need ideas of what kind of foods and snacks are good for me to eat. Any help or advise would be Appreciated.

Quinoa (pronounced keen-wa) is high in protein and a great substitute for white rice. Add some chopped cooked veggies and it is a great side. Brown Rice, Dreamfield pasta, fruits, yogurt, veggies, salads, salmon, beans (legumes), sweet potato (sprinkled with cinnamon and, yes, I use I cant believe its not butter, too) spaghetti squash (stab it all over with a fork) then microwave whole for 15 mins. Remove seeds then use a fork to pull out stringy squash. Use as side dish or try with spaghetti sauce. You can cook up a bunch of acorn squash, cut in half removing seeds and wrap in clingy paper. Then freeze it. Pull one out whenever and microwave to warm. Enjoy!
