I am currently unemployed. I have no schedule. I have a cat who leaps on my head in the wee hours . I have a tenant who screams regularly at 2:30 in the morning. Earplugs help. I enjoy the bird song at 5:30 a.m. However…my sleep is way way way out of wack! I sometimes nap during the day. I know it is affecting my sugar levels. Any help on this?
