Can anyone tell me a good website where I can get sugar free candy? I mean the sugar free candy version of the candy that we all know, and love. Yesterday, I was at Kroger, and I was white chocolate M&Ms, and a Kit-Kat bar that was white chocolate. I wanted them, but I do understand not to eat them. Why is it that white, and milk chocolate is bad for us? Where can I also find a regular sized Hershy bar? I still think it's messed up, that it has to be dark chocolate, and that those bars are baby sized.

Don't overdo it on the sugar-free candy… It usually contains maltitol, which causes diarrhea when consumed in excess. Speaking from experience… That warning on the side of the package is not lying!

Here is a site for sugar -free candy :

But as IronOre has stated, check the carb listings and if they contain sugar alcohols.

I think you maybe able to contact the site and request nutritional information.

Here is an arricle from David Mendoza "Net Carbs: Can You Really Exclude Sugar Alcohols, Glycerin, Polydextrose, and Fiber?" Toward the bottom of the article he discusses Sugar alcohols and produces a chart with their GI index and comparison to sugar. I learned something useful today.

You really need to be careful when getting "sugar free" candy . . . it may be free of sugar, but the carbs could be greater, and carbs is what you need to focus on.
