Hello to all,

I recently started grad school and even though is an exciting venture, it's affecting my diet, since I work from 7 am to 5 pm, and have classes from 6-9 pm, so I basically don't do dinner as I should and I eat anything to avoid a low-sugar episode during class, and when I get home sometimes I eat, sometimes I don't. Any recommendations?

First of all, good luck in grad school! That is great! Secondly, I'd keep some glucose pills handy. Unlike relying on a snack which may send you too high, glucose pills are quick and always have a predictable effect on blood sugar. That way you can avoid hypoglycemia in class without shooting your glucose levels up. Hang in there!
