Since I started my job my numbers have been out of control.. So for about a month now… I work 8-5 Monday- Tuesday.. 12-9 on Wed, Thurs.. and 8-12 friday and sat… I eat at different times too, so taking my meds at way different times.. sometimes at 6pm sometimes at 930 pm.. it all depends on when I can eat.. Could someone help me figure something out, cause now my Dr. instead of listening to me wants me on more meds.. I was doing great before I started work.. It is true.. Work is hazardous to my health.. **laughing**.. Thanks everyone.. OH and to top it off.. I might be losing my insurance.. I find out today.. I can't afford these meds..

I would try adding Chromium Picolinate 200 mg to each meal. I got mine at the Vitamin shop by Twin labs and it has helped keep my numbers down when I am following diet and exercise.. I am praying for you!! God Bless
