I've never seen Dreamfields Ravioli. It's a weakness of mine to with tomato sauce and white cheese (alfredo) sauce…yumm-o!!

Walmart carries Dreamfield pasta. It is delicious. My nutritionist is all about it. Tastes just like regular pasta. Much better than whole wheat. I have found lasagna noodles at Publix but it is hit or miss. Maybe on line??

Well that is what I heard, wheat is better. I have two packages here, one for the kids and one for me. The Ralph's Brand "Whole Wheat/Whole Grain" spaghetti noodles - 2 oz serving - 41 grams carbohydrates. The Barilla Thick Spaghetti No. 7 - 2 oz serving - 42 grams carbohydrates. I guess the wheat is easier to digest and doesn't spike the sugar as much? I did not know about Dreamfields pasta with only 5 grams of carbs, how does it taste? Where do you buy Dreamfields Pasta?

"Dreamfields" pasta claims to have only 5 grams of digestible carbs in a 2 oz. serving. But I can't always find the shape I want like lasagna or shells so I'm wondering about the durum/wheat flour options.
