I'm forced to order by mail for a three month supply which is cheaper, but the problem is I am routed to India or the Phillipinnes and have a hard time understanding the agent. Furthermore, I teach school and must make these phone calls in class with 30 kids in the room and then I am transferred 2 or 3 times to more agents who I cannot understand. When I finally get the order put through, it takes two weeks minimum for the stuff to arrive- not to mention the cost! Does anyone have any suggestions on how they do this? Not only am I filled with anxiety when I get low on supplies and meds, but now I get more anxious when I have to order them. Help!

When you call any help desk and a foreign person answers, all you have to do is ask to be transferred to an agent in the USA. They have to do it. Better for you and hopefully we will get those jobs back for US citizens.

I, also have to order via mail 'cause of my insurance rules. Just recently switched carriers and i have found with both that I must ask my Doctor to help with the speediness of the supplies. It helps to have several advocates in your corner. I re-order when I have three insulin pens of each type left. My Dr. Also prescribed more units than what I normally take so that there would be extra medication. She's wonderful and a friend.

Why do you have to order by mail? I refuse to order medication by mail. Takes too long and it could get lost. Then you have to track it to find it.

Why do you have to order via mail? Is that just how your insurance works? What I have found to work from time to time when speaking with agents that are not English speaking you can ask for an American agent. They are supposed to transfer you to one if they have some.

Yes, I have learned that. The politically correct term for "English speaker" is "supervisor." Then you are transferred back to the states. I'm learning the ropes on this, unfortunately I order every 3 months and tend to forget the process. I will make a "order flowchart" that gives me the States number for a supervisor, and go from there.

Gabby I called about my printer and was routed to India. I asked for an American agent and the person told me he was offended. I said I don't care I need someone whom I can understand now please give me the American agent and was rerouted.
