I have a problem in the mornings. I cannot eat breakfast right after I get up because it makes me nauseous. So, I need something I can take to work and eat, that doesn't involve cooking. It also needs to last for a while because my lunch break isn't until about 5 hours later. I'm getting frustrated trying to balance low sugar, high protein, high fiber, low carb, low fat, good tasting food and end up usually making bad choices. Add to that I am not staying in my own home at the present time so cooking in general is a little difficult. Any suggestions?
