I love pears and while they aren't real low in carbs, they are still low and I do okay with one of them, along with some protein of some kind. they are really good right now at our local produce stands around here, along with the cuties, and strawberries. I have not seen blueberries yet, I think the time for them is coming soon, and we eat lots of them, I make strawberry/blueberry popsicles that are great. There is even a recipe for them on here, peaches are getting good soon, love to make homemade peach cobbler and blueberry cobblers, with half the amount of regular sugar it calls for, and I watch my portions!! But I do allow myself to have some of it. I have made them with Splenda before too, just as good, but wary of Splenda, so I rarely use it for anything, don't know what to think of artificial sweeteners so I usually stay away from them. I have found all kinds of good low carb dessert ideas on here lately.
